When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Willow Scrubs is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where:

  • Products are unavailable

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • We suspect fraudulent activity

  • There has been an obvious pricing error

If your order is cancelled, any payment taken will be refunded.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of our accepted payment methods.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Returns and Refunds

At Willow Scrubs, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item is not suitable, you can return it in accordance with the policy below.
 

1. Returns Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned within the stated return period and meet the conditions below.
 

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags attached

Please try garments on before wearing them during clinical shifts.

Items returned with signs of wear, washing, stains, odours, damage or missing tags may not be accepted.
 

3. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return

  • Whether you require a refund or exchange

We will provide return instructions once your request has been approved.
 

4. Return Postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:

  • The item is faulty

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item is damaged on arrival

We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5-10] working days.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
 

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

If your requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
